The self-titled album is guitarist Caio Afiune’s debut release as a leader. It was recorded in 2014 in Acton, Massachusetts, and features a cast of international musicians with whom Caio has been working with for years now. The six original compositions in the album draw not only from the music of Brazil, Caio’s homeland, but also from jazz, rock, tango, and many more.
